James Shiells is a Probate Executive. With over 30 years experience, James can deal with estate administration, Court of Protection applications, Powers of Attorney and Wills.

Rina Pattar acts for a wide range of clients from first time buyers and investors to large corporate entities and developers. Rina is also fluent in Punjabi and has a very good understanding of Hindi and Urdu. Rina advises on areas of property law, including;

freehold sale and purchase, leasehold sale, purchase and extensions, shared ownership transactions, remortgage transactions, transfer of equity, auctions, acting for both sellers and buyers, including both premises or land.
