Paul Mannering

Paul has been with Gullands since 1998 and has been responsible for implementing a number of improvements at the firm ensuring its compliance and smooth running. He is now the firm’s COFA.

Paul’s principle responsibilities are Marketing, HR, Health and Safety, Technology and facilities management at the firm, ensuring that its policies and procedures are properly adhered to. He holds professional qualifications from the Institute of Leadership and Management as well as being a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Paul is a father of 4 and an ex international ballroom dancing champion, having appeared on the pre “Strictly” Come Dancing programme. However, these days you will more often than not find him riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle or playing drums in his band.
