About:

Aman qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 and began practising commercial property at another Kent firm, before joining Gullands LLP as an Associate Solicitor in September 2023.

Areas of practice:

Aman deals primarily with commercial property matters including:

• Freehold acquisitions and disposals;
• Grant of new Leases and Agreements for Lease;
• Lease management including:
  • Licences to Assign, Underlet and Alter; and
  • Deeds of Variation, Assignment and Surrender.
• Option, Overage and Pre-emption Agreements;
• Auction sales and purchases; and
• Deeds of Easement.

Qualifications / Education

University of Kent – Law & Psychology Joint Hons BSc Degree.
The City Law School – Legal Practice Course.

Aman is a Member of the Law Society.

Outside of the office, Aman enjoys yoga, baking and spending quality time with her young daughter.
