Marianne Webb

Marianne joined Gullands’ Commercial Department as an Associate Solicitor in 2015 and became a Partner in 2019. She now heads up the Commercial team. Marianne specialises in all aspects of Commercial Property Law. She was previously with the construction law department in Davies Lavery (now Kennedys) moving to Gullands, initially in 2003 to join the Construction and Arbitration team. She then had a stint in a property management company dealing with Landlord and Tenant and estate management matters before moving back into private practice.
