Tim Simmons

Tim Simmons served his Articles at Gullands, and has remained at the Firm since.  Admitted as a Solicitor in 1984, Tim became a Partner in Gullands in 1988 before becoming a full-time Consultant in 2016. Tim’s main area of practice is commercial property- ranging from the acquisition and disposal of development sites to the letting of lock-up shops – but he also deals with other land related transactions.
