Private client team

Michaela Porter is an Associate Solicitor who joined in May 2024. 

Michaela takes instructions on and assists with: 

• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney; 

• Preparing Wills; 

• Applying for Grants of Probate; 

• Dealing with the administration of both taxable and non-taxable estates; 

• Preparing Deeds of Variation and Deeds of Appointment; and 

• Preparation of Declarations of Trust. 

Urszula Staniszewska (Ula) joined Gullands in August 2023 as the Office Administrator, before moving into her new role as a Paralegal within the Private Client department. 

Ula will be utilising her undergraduate equity and trusts legal knowledge to assist the team in various tasks such as drafting Wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), dealing with Trust registrations, and aiding with Deputyship Orders. 

Ula aspires to qualify as a Solicitor in the future and plans to take the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route to qualification.
